OKANAGAN LAKE
Estrella itself sits off the coast of Okanagan Lake, supposed home of the water serpent, Ogopogo. The lake itself is just a normal lake - three hundred fifty one kilometres of pure, lake water - but there are so many rumours and warnings and stories about it; everyone in Estrella is sure that it isn't just a lake, but no one has confirmed it yet.
